Facility Cleaning Supervisor

Position: Facility Cleaning Supervisor Full-Time
Join C&W Services as a Full-Time Lead Hand Cleaner responsible for supervising cleaning staff and maintaining building cleanliness. You’ll coordinate activities to ensure quality service across various facilities.

In this supervisory role, you’ll manage and schedule the cleaning team, focusing on interior and basic exterior maintenance of facilities. Key responsibilities include assigning tasks, conducting inspections, and maintaining supply inventory. You’ll also assist with hiring and training new staff while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and cleaning standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily interior cleaning for offices and common areas

• Schedule cleaning staff and assign specific duties

• Inspect areas for cleanliness and proper task completion

• Monitor inventory and issue supplies as needed

• Train new staff and conduct performance reviews

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory cleaning experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Basic mechanical knowledge and strong communication skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably
