Your role is vital in managing gear and facilitating team operations effectively.
As an Equipment Coordinator, you'll be responsible for various tasks on training and match days. This includes inventory management, setting up equipment, and ensuring the organization of locker and equipment areas. Your support will directly impact the team's performance during matches and training sessions, showcasing your passion for soccer in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare player lockers with equipment before training
• Organize team dressing room prior to matches
• Facilitate equipment requests for referees and visiting teams
• Transport field equipment to the warming area
• Manage inventory for toiletries and locker room supplies
Requirements:
• Experience in a professional sports environment preferred
• Knowledge and passion for soccer essential
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Flexibility for long, irregular hours
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
