This role entails performing a variety of custodial duties, ensuring both indoor and outdoor areas meet cleanliness standards. Candidates must possess a high school education, a Building Service Worker Certificate, and a valid BC Driver’s License to manage daily tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive indoor and outdoor custodial duties

• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and extractors

• Conduct minor maintenance tasks like replacing lamps and unblocking toilets

• Mix and store cleaning chemicals safely after use

• Follow established procedures in all duties performed

Requirements:

• Completion of high school up to Grade 10

• Valid BC Driver’s License and Fire Safety Course certification

• Self-starter capable of working independently

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Physical ability to climb ladders and handle equipment
