Facilities Manager Role Club

As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the operational health of the Vancouver Lawn Tennis & Badminton Club’s facilities. This includes planning maintenance tasks, supervising a small team, and liaising with external contractors. Your expertise in building systems and team leadership will ensure the club maintains its high standards for member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily maintenance and safety of clubhouse facilities

• Implement preventive maintenance for all systems

• Lead response to emergencies and emergency preparedness

• Recruit and manage custodial staff performance

• Administer facilities budget and cost-effective sourcing

Requirements:

• 5+ years in facilities or maintenance management

• Relevant technical certification is preferred

• Proven experience with contractor coordination

• Strong skills in software applications and maintenance tracking

• Effective communicator with members, staff, and contractors
