Full-Time Maintenance Technician Role

Become a key contributor to guest experiences as a Full-Time Maintenance Technician s hands-on role involves a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across our properties.

Level is hiring a proactive Maintenance Technician focused on safety, functionality, and guest readiness. You’ll perform tasks such as drywall repairs and equipment maintenance while building positive relationships with guests and staff. Flexibility to work weekends and travel between locations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively

• Coordinate with Guest Services for ongoing maintenance issues

• Complete yearly inspections of appliances on the property

• Assist with moving furniture and special requests

• Report maintenance defects and safety hazards promptly

Requirements:

• High school diploma mandated

• Proven maintenance experience in hotel or residential properties

• Technical certification is considered an asset

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Required to maintain a high level of personal hygiene
