Key Responsibilities:

• Execute plumbing and general repair tasks

• Complete risk assessments and safety plans

• Manage maintenance tools and supplies

• Build and maintain positive client relationships

• Close work orders as per response time policy

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Must hold a valid driver’s license

• Familiarity with MS Office and CMMS

• Security clearance eligibility at Secret Status

• Building operator certification or equivalent required
