Hollyburn Properties is hiring a Cleaner for its residential apartment building near 14th & Lonsdale. This flexible role offers 20 hours per week, primarily on weekends, with the opportunity to transition to full-time in the same area. You will maintain cleanliness in common areas and assist with suite cleaning during renovations or move-outs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean common areas to the highest standards

• Maintain residential suites after move-outs and renos

• Daily glass and elevator door cleaning

• Vacuum lobby and hallway carpets regularly

• Collect litter and maintain external walkways

Requirements:

• Experience in housekeeping or common area cleaning

• Physically able to perform cleaning duties

• Strong English communication skills

• Ability to work independently or in a team

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
