You'll perform various tasks, including cleaning, maintenance, and assisting residents effectively and promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep and vacuum public areas and stairways

• Dust and clean laundry room appliances weekly

• Pick up trash and maintain grounds daily

• Report maintenance issues to Community Director

• Execute preventative maintenance schedules efficiently

Requirements:

• Entry-level experience in facilities or maintenance

• Valid driver's license required

• Willingness to assume on-call duties

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
