• Execute routine repairs on electrical and plumbing equipment

• Perform minor carpentry and maintain exterior grounds

• Inspect premises regularly for maintenance and safety needs

• Follow all safety rules and facility policies

Requirements:

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently

• Experience with facility repairs and maintenance

• Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks

• Must obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check if not current
