What You Will Do

You’ll be the backbone of our rental fleet operations, ensuring every piece of equipment leaves our yard clean, inspected, and ready to perform. From pressure washing and painting to loading, transporting, and setting up equipment at customer sites, your work directly impacts the success of our customers’ projects. No two days look the same and that’s what makes this role rewarding.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, transport, and organize rental equipment and materials
  • Operate forklifts and a variety of rental equipment safely and efficiently
  • Clean, inspect, pressure wash, and paint equipment as required
  • Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance or repairs
  • Assist with delivery and pickup of rental equipment using company vehicles
  • Travel to customer sites for equipment handovers and basic servicing
  • Support rental yard, warehouse, and formwork operations as needed
  • Assist with equipment setup and teardown for customers
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow company safety procedures and site-specific safety requirements
  • Complete repetitive manual labour tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned to support operations

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Forklift operating experience
  • Experience using power tools and hand tools
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Experience with Smartsheet or Texada is considered an asset
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada

Salary Range

$27-30 per hour
