Key Responsibilities:

• Clean lobby areas, stairways, and hallways

• Vacuum and mop floors in various areas

• Sanitize washrooms, gym, and amenity rooms

• Conduct exterior walk-throughs and litter pick-up

• Maintain clear entrances

Requirements:

• Reliable with English communication skills
