VCH Building Maintenance Engineer Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and service boilers and HVAC equipment

Requirements:

• Recognized 4th Class Power Engineer certification

• At least 2 years of related experience

• Skills in reading blueprints and specifications

• Physical ability to fulfill job duties

• Strong communication and organizational skills
