Elmvale Parks Facilities Operator II Role

This 40/20 contract role offers consistent work hours and flexible scheduling. You'll primarily perform tasks related to ice maintenance and facilities upkeep while engaging with community members. Ensure safety, respond to complaints, and maintain Township resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ice re-surfacer and other specialized tools

• Perform cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks

• Address park maintenance needs proactively

• Coordinate community events and facility bookings

• Promote compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary School Diploma

• 2 to 5 years in parks or facilities maintenance

• Basic Arena Refrigeration certificate needed

• Familiarity with plumbing and heating systems

• Must have valid Class “G” driver’s license
