Enhance resident life as a Light Duty Cleaner at Tendercare Living Centre in Scarborough, Ontario. This part-time position is vital for ensuring a clean and safe environment.

In this role, you will undertake various cleaning tasks to uphold the highest standards of hygiene within the facility. Your responsibilities will include daily sanitation of rooms and communal areas. Collaborating with the housekeeping team, you will focus on providing exceptional service to improve resident wellbeing and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning of assigned spaces

• Collect and dispose of garbage efficiently

• Wash and sanitize essential facilities, including restrooms

• Restock hygiene supplies in dispensers

• Assist with special cleaning projects and furniture movements

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 or similar qualification

• Previous experience with seniors beneficial

• Strong ability to communicate in English

• Capacity for heavy lifting and mobility tasks

• Adherence to safety protocols and training
