Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair facility systems and equipment

• Inspect mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems regularly

• Carry out preventive maintenance to avoid unplanned disruptions

• Manage maintenance requests efficiently

• Maintain detailed records of work activities

Requirements:

• High school diploma with technical training preferred

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance roles

• Solid working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Familiarity with CMMS and safety regulations

• Able to lift weights up to 50 lbs and work in various environments
