As the Maintenance Technician, you are crucial to ensuring all maintenance and service requests are fulfilled efficiently. Your responsibility will include maintaining high-quality living environments and contributing to overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance resident experience through exceptional service
• Respond efficiently to maintenance requests and concerns
• Conduct regular inspections and proactive maintenance tasks
• Maintain accurate work orders via our digital platform
• Prepare and present market-ready apartments for residents
Requirements:
• Required high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year maintenance experience in relevant environments
• Proficient in HVAC and general repairs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with digital maintenance management tools
