Training Facility Assistant Whitecaps FC

Become a vital part of Vancouver Whitecaps FC as a Facility Assistant, focusing on maintaining a safe and efficient training facility at the National Soccer Development Centre. Your proactive support will enhance operations for athletes and staff alike.

In this role, you will assist in keeping the facility and equipment well-maintained while working closely with the Facilities Coordinator. Your responsibilities will include identifying maintenance issues, performing routine inventory management, and fulfilling additional operational tasks. Flexibility and teamwork will be important aspects of your daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness of facilities and equipment

• Collaborate with Coordinator on operational tasks

• Identify and solve maintenance and repair needs

• Maintain supply inventory and routine reporting

• Engage in driving duties when necessary

Requirements:

• Capable of lifting 30 lbs and performing required physical tasks

• Strong problem-solving abilities, especially under pressure

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Clean and valid BC driver’s license required

• Must be authorized to work in Canada
