This full-time position requires availability on weekends and involves traveling to multiple locations to carry out repairs and upkeep. Your hands-on skills will enhance our guests' stay in high-quality urban accommodations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use cleaning products and equipment effectively

• Assist and engage guests with a courteous demeanor

• Address maintenance requests and follow-up tasks

• Maintain a calendar for equipment inspection schedules

• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma

• Relevant trade or technical certification is advantageous

• Experience in hotel or residential maintenance is preferred

• Good interpersonal and basic computer skills

• Maintain a polished personal appearance and access to a vehicle
