Step into a pivotal role as a Repair & Maintenance Manager at Chanel's Oakridge Boutique in Vancouver. This full-time, six-month contract focuses on pivotal maintenance tasks and vendor management within a luxury retail context.
As you collaborate with the Design Manager, your responsibilities will include collecting maintenance requests, fostering positive vendor relationships, and executing preventative programs aimed at environmental sustainability. Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and execute vendor agreements
• Initiate sustainable preventative maintenance programs

Requirements:
• Strong background in design or architecture
• Experience in managing budgets and quotes
