Key Responsibilities:
• Establish a reliability and maintenance operations team
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and safety standards
• Create training programs for effective customer RME teams
• Monitor fleet performance and drive improvement initiatives
• Define spare parts strategy in alignment with supply chain needs
Requirements:
• Degree in engineering or related field
• 5+ years in industrial maintenance or reliability
• Proven expertise in scaling maintenance functions
• Experience working with contractors and field teams
• Strong skills in reporting and analyzing operational data
