Your background in residential maintenance will enable you to handle various responsibilities including suite turnovers, contractor coordination, and preventive maintenance practices.

• Manage completion of maintenance tasks and work orders

• Conduct quality checks on minor repairs and services

• Oversee building inspections for maintenance efficiency

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in building maintenance

• Practical skills in plumbing and electrical systems
