Position: Facility Maintenance Technician Lower Mainland

This role requires handyman skills and experience in facilities maintenance, emphasizing routine inspections and repairs. You'll work across various properties, managing tasks effectively and responding to urgent issues to maintain high operational standards that directly benefit residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections for both interior and exterior

• Carry out repairs including drywall, carpentry, and plumbing

• Manage work orders with clear communication

• Facilitate access for external maintenance vendors

• Maintain seasonal landscaping and snow removal

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in maintenance or building operations

• Proficient in a range of repair tasks

• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects

• Must have a BC driver’s license and personal vehicle

• Red Seal certification is a plus
