This dynamic role reports to the Maintenance Manager and focuses on non-process asset maintenance and compliance. You will lead work readiness, contractor coordination, and ensure safety during major maintenance events.
Experience with industrial facility maintenance and continuous improvement is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate maintenance for buildings, roads, and services
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Support major maintenance and turnaround events
• Develop maintenance procedures and asset records
• Drive improvements in maintenance processes
Requirements:
• 5-10 years in industrial facilities management
• Technical diploma or Red Seal required
• Experience in high-hazard facility environments
• Knowledge of SAP PM or CMMS systems
• Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills
