Position: Building Services Worker with HAS
Join Hogan's Alley Society as a Building Services Worker focused on cleaning and maintaining facilities. This role ensures a safe and clean environment for residents, promoting wellbeing and harmony.

As a Building Services Worker reporting to the Building Manager, your responsibilities include cleaning floors, bathrooms, and common areas, and maintaining grounds. You’ll manage cleaning supplies, report building issues, and collaborate with various service providers. Your commitment to high standards will directly support residents’ wellbeing in alignment with HAS values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain building facilities and grounds

• Order and store cleaning supplies responsibly

• Report damage to the Building Manager promptly

• Collaborate with service providers and healthcare professionals

• Train and mentor staff, promoting teamwork

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in a related role

• WHMIS certification is mandatory

• Standard First Aid and CPR certification required

• Background in trauma-informed care is ideal

• Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Search needed
