Your role will require 4 to 8 years of relevant experience, where you'll review invoices, resolve disputes, and collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless operations. You’ll also analyze cost trends to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and review capital projects for maintenance
• Approve invoices from external service providers
• Handle Franchisee charge disputes based on maintenance agreements
• Collaborate with stakeholders on process improvements
• Review miscellaneous invoicing and approvals
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 4-8 years of experience in facilities maintenance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
• Strong team-oriented mindset in a retail environment
