Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional service while performing maintenance tasks

Requirements:
• Previous maintenance experience in a commercial setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly responsible and able to work independently
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
• Class 4 ticket is advantageous
