Building Custodian - Night Shift

Position: Building Custodian - Night Shift Role
Serve guests at Mt Seymour as a Building Services Custodian during graveyard shifts.

Your role is pivotal in keeping resort facilities clean and welcoming for all visitors.

This seasonal job lasts from December to mid-April, working from 10 PM to 6 AM. As part of the Mountain Operations team, you will ensure high standards of cleanliness in locations like cafeterias and washrooms, manage garbage collection, and maintain janitorial equipment. Flexibility and teamwork are crucial elements of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute thorough cleaning of dining and guest areas

• Prepare rooms and facilities for bookings

• Regularly attend to washrooms and public spaces

• Remove trash and recycling effectively

• Uphold safety procedures in all cleaning tasks

Requirements:

• Must be available for overnight shifts

• Skilled in carrying equipment weight of 30 lbs.

• Experience in janitorial roles is an asset

• Preferred WHMIS certification

• Positive demeanor and teamwork approach
