As the Facilities Lead, you will drive a dedicated Facilities Associates team to maintain an impeccable environment. You’ll take ownership of cleanliness across all areas—from change rooms to recovery zones—ensuring every detail meets Altea’s high standards. Also, you'll coordinate supplies, track deliveries, and report facility needs to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage your team to follow cleanliness standards
• Own and uphold cleanliness across all facility areas
• Track linen and supply orders diligently
• Communicate necessary maintenance and safety issues
• Ensure proper chemical handling and recording practices
Requirements:
• 2+ years in custodial or cleaning roles in premium settings
• Experience in team leadership is an asset
• Solid knowledge of cleaning and sanitation methods
• Valid First Aid and CPR-C certification
• Criminal Background Check required prior to start
