The role includes flexible shift schedules, allowing you to contribute meaningfully through routine cleaning, inspections, and administrative responsibilities. Your duties will support both residents and property managers in ensuring the buildings are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly clean common areas and ensure upkeep

• Aid in resident move-ins and emergency protocols

• Carry out building inspections and maintenance tasks

• Manage administrative tasks like supply management

• Support property management in communication and enforcement

Requirements:
