Maintenance Manager for Food Services

Elevate the maintenance operations at Time Out Market Vancouver as a Maintenance Manager. Lead a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability and optimal safety across the site.

Located in Vancouver, this position reports directly to the General Manager and requires a candidate with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role. Your expertise in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry will be essential for managing preventative maintenance schedules and addressing repairs. You'll work actively to ensure the facility meets health and safety standards while maintaining outstanding market performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct engineering and maintenance operations efficiently

• Implement preventative maintenance schedules for equipment

• Troubleshoot and manage urgent repairs in food-sensitive areas

• Supervise maintenance associates and support management

• liaise with vendors for essential services and repairs

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in maintenance management

• Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

• Knowledge of CMMS and BAS systems

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Certification in Food Safety preferred
