Join Marcon as a Live-In Building Manager at our W42 residential community. Ensure optimal maintenance and a welcoming environment for residents while managing building operations effectively.
In this hands-on role, you will report to the Property Manager and oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance tasks r responsibilities will include vendor coordination, property inspections, and upkeep of common areas. You'll work proactively to identify issues, support contractors, and maintain high property standards to enhance resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure functionality
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents
• Coordinate vendors and support service providers on-site
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas
• Identify and address maintenance deficiencies proactively
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in property operations or maintenance
• Strong practical maintenance and inspection skills
• Ability to prioritize urgent maintenance tasks
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Red Seal certification or equivalent is a plus
