Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

At the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, the Facilities Maintenance Coordinator supports maintenance services, inspections, and projects. The position administers procurement processes, vendor contracts, and service coordination. It also supports compliance, documentation accuracy, performance monitoring, system optimization, and capital planning.

• Administer procurement documents, bid reviews, evaluations, negotiations, and awards
• Track contracts, renewals, vendors, scopes, and service continuity
• Coordinate inspections, maintenance activities, contractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Monitor vendor performance, compliance, service levels, and maintenance metrics
• Maintain asset records, labeling, closeout documentation, warranties, and schedules

• High school diploma and valid trade certification
• Minimum four years of relevant post-certification experience
• At least two years coordinating projects and asset management
• Project management certificate completed or obtained within six months
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance management systems
