Maintain residential strata properties across Metro Vancouver as a Building Cleaner using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Friday through Monday shifts run from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Alliance Maintenance is hiring a Building Cleaner to keep buildings clean and presentable inside and outside. The work includes disinfecting high-traffic areas, sanitizing restrooms, and clearing entrances. You will also clean common areas, amenities, and exterior spaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean lobbies, stairways, hallways, and windows
- Vacuum carpeted areas throughout assigned buildings
- Mop tiled floors and building entrances
- Clean washrooms, gym areas, and amenity rooms
- Complete exterior walk-throughs and required litter pick-up
- Communicate in English
- Remain reliable and punctual
- Demonstrate a friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Lift 20 pounds and climb a five-foot ladder
- Use cleaning equipment, chemicals, and a smartphone
Support Alliance Maintenance properties with dependable cleaning, disinfecting, equipment use, and exterior upkeep across Metro Vancouver.
