This Casual Custodian role maintains hygienic and presentable buildings, public areas, work spaces, and restrooms. Duties include cleaning, disinfecting, restocking, kitchen upkeep, waste removal, and securing premises during unoccupied hours. You must handle several responsibilities, respond to emergencies, and work independently or with a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Disinfect sinks, toilets, mirrors, counters, and kitchen surfaces
Wash, dry, stack cups, and clean coffee equipment
Maintain cleaning equipment, supplies, and storage areas
Monitor premises to remain locked, secure, and safe
Follow chemical-handling procedures and safety guidelines
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and safety standards
Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability
Availability for last-minute calls and shift coverage
Ability to lift, bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds
