We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to join our agile team under the direction of the Manager, Strategy.

This role involves close collaboration with various business areas to lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies.

The ideal candidate will bring a structured approach to change management and demonstrate strong communication, training, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement change initiatives across business processes and technologies.
  • Apply structured change management methodologies to support various work streams.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess organizational readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Develop and integrate change management strategies into program plans.
  • Collaborate with the Modernization team to execute communication strategies.
  • Evaluate user readiness and manage anticipated resistance across cross-functional teams.
  • Support the design, development, and delivery of communications.
  • Create and manage training plans, materials, and follow-up activities to assess effectiveness.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to ensure successful adoption of transformation initiatives.
  • Provide direct support and coaching to end users and frontline managers during transitions.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in agile environments.
  • 5+ years of experience in Change Management across operational organizations.
  • 3 years of experience working with diverse stakeholders, including field technicians and executives.
  • 3 years of experience in Health, Insurance, and/or Financial industries.
  • Excellent presentation, training, and coaching skills.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous or autonomous settings.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a focus on achieving organizational goals.
  • Ability to understand the broader impact of solutions and consider multiple perspectives.
  • Experience working in unionized environments.
  • High levels of energy, resilience, intelligence, and integrity.
