We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support construction management on a unique high‑rise tower in Downtown Vancouver. The role involves overseeing costs, schedule, quality assurance, and project status with the Project Manager and cross‑functional teams.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties to deliver projects on‑time, within scope and budget.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedule, costs and objectives with stakeholder involvement.
• Work with project accounting to submit progress claims, forecast costs, and review invoices.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, consultants, engineers, and subtrade partners.
• Assist Project Manager in contract negotiations, schedule updates, change order and progress draw preparation.
• Manage comprehensive project documentation and procurement tracking.

• 3‑5 years on‑site experience on residential and mixed‑use concrete projects as general contractor.
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project and construction software a plus.
• Post‑secondary education in Building Technology, Construction Management or similar a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• Willing and excited to work on‑site.
