We’re looking for a detail‑oriented problem solver with a passion for construction. As our Tenant Improvement Junior Project Manager
, you’ll support the execution of TI and capital improvement projects from start to finish—organizing budgets, coordinating drawings, managing change orders, and ensuring every trade is aligned and ready to perform. This is a vital role for someone looking to sharpen their project management skills while making a tangible impact across our commercial portfolio.

- Oversee the budgeting, construction, and handover of all tenant improvement (TI) and capital expenditure projects.
- Manage tenant improvement and capital expenditure projects including:
- Comparing, tracking, and awarding quotes from various trades and vendors.
- Coordinating drawings/proposals for pricing.
- Reviewing TI/Capital Improvement documentation, engineer/consultant reports.
- Issuing approved contracts/purchase orders.
- Track and manage change orders from trades.
- Work with Leasing and Commercial Property Management teams on tenant change orders.
- Manage trades construction schedule/timeline.
- Organize warranties/manuals/close‑out documents from trades and file for our records and to send to tenants at handover; for large tenants, put together a binder of warranties and manuals.
- Ensure trades have construction schedule and are prepared to begin when due.
- Follow up with trades on deficiencies and ensure completion.
- Attend all meetings with Tenants/Leasing.
- Maintain spec lists for TI's and Capital Improvements.
- Draft contracts and track contracts.
- 2+ years construction management experience, with a preference for previous Tenant Improvement experience.
- Post‑secondary education in Project Management an asset.
- Excellent written, oral and verbal communication skills.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle and a valid BC driver’s license.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000
