Senior Finance Manager

Excellent “SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER” required for well-established and successful PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT/PROPERTY MANAGEMENT company located in VANCOUVER. This is a SENIOR LEVEL role.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports
• Manage and assist with corporate budgets and including variances
• Establish and maintain internal controls
• Coordinate audits and work with external auditors
• Extensive staff supervision including training/mentoring
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the President
• Collaborate with other departments when required
• Ensure efficient and effective financial operations

• CPA designation
• Proven experience with multi company/intercompany accounts
• Minimum of several years experience functioning at a senior finance level
• Proven experience in supervising and mentoring staff
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter and very well organized
