Accounts Receivable Manager

Our Client, a Vancouver based property management company, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager to join the team. The Accounts Receivable Manager will oversee the team and the accounts receivable function, while supporting staff and strata managers to ensure accurate and professional finance operations.

• Competitive Salary of $80,000 - $90,000

• Post monthly strata charges and process EFT payments
• Prepare the monthly AR report
• Issue owner refund checks
• Assist AR staff and support where needed
• Other duties assigned by management

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of AR experience
• 1+ year of leadership experience
• Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Familiar with Yardi (would be an asset)
