• Manage performance evaluations and employee development

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in business or operations management preferred

• 2+ years in a supervisory capacity

• Ability to maintain Airside Vehicle Operating Permit

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proven ability in managing labor-intensive teams
