Facilities Manager for Community Ministry

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage preventative maintenance and repair schedules

• Conduct safety inspections to ensure compliance

• Supervise cleaning and janitorial service management

• Oversee budget tracking and expense management

• Lead facility improvement and renovation projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

• Degree or certification in facilities management, engineering

• Technical knowledge of HVAC and building systems

• Strong leadership and financial management skills

• Must pass a Criminal Record Check
