The Manager, RBT2 Infrastructure Delivery is responsible for the leadership, overall management and delivery of one or moreprojects within the port’s infrastructure development program, supporting the completion of the Roberts Bank Terminal 2 project. This includes building and maintaining relationships with Indigenous groups, external partner agencies,utilities and stakeholders; leading consultant and contractor performance management; negotiating contracts and other agreements; and ensuring all work undertaken by the broader project team is in accordance with VFPA policies and directives as well as the relevant federal Environmental Assessment Agencypermits and conditions.

This position is also responsible for building and leading high performing multi-disciplinary teams consisting of internal and external resources and leading project specific cross-departmental andcross-divisional coordination and collaboration.

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects supporting the RBT2 Program, ensuring project objectives, scope, schedule, cost, quality, and performance requirements are achieved.
• Manage joint-delivery projects in collaboration with Indigenous groupsand partners, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholdercommitments.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with Indigenous groups,funding partners, utilities, government agencies, stakeholders, and community representatives, including negotiating agreements while protecting VFPA'sreputation.
• Ensure project development and delivery comply with Mutual Benefit Agreements, environmental assessment requirements, permits, regulatoryapprovals, and other applicable obligations.
• Establish effective governance, communication, issue resolution, and information-sharing processes with funding partners and project stakeholders.
• Build, lead, and coordinate high-performing multidisciplinary project teams, including internal staff, consultants, contractors, and cross-functionalport representatives within a matrix environment.
• Develop and implement project management, risk management, change management, and project execution plans to support successful project delivery.
• Oversee consultant and contractor procurement activities, including selection processes, contract preparation, administration, and performance management in accordance with VFPA policies and directives.
