Manager of In-Flight Services at Flair Airlines

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise In-Flight operations ensuring compliance and efficiency

• Analyze operational data for continuous improvement

• Manage cabin crew performances and attendance challenges

• Lead initiatives for operational safety and service excellence

• Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3-5 years as a Flight Attendant required

• 2-4 years in cabin crew leadership or airline operations

• Experience with performance management and employee relations

• Knowledge of Canadian aviation rules considered an asset
