Lead innovative onboarding strategies at Green Shield as the Enterprise Project Manager, focusing on enhancing health service delivery and client satisfaction.
In this pivotal role, you will manage the Enterprise Onboarding PMO team, driving efficient onboarding processes for new clients across various business lines. You will implement governance structures and champion methodologies that align with Green Shield's commitment to better health outcomes. Your expertise will ensure project plans are adhered to, while also fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide onboarding processes for new clients to achieve success
• Establish and oversee project governance and documentation
• Lead Agile methodologies to support ongoing initiatives
• Develop and manage change plans for client amendments
• Build essential stakeholder relationships for project alignment
Requirements:
• Degree or relevant experience in management
• 5+ years of supervisory project management experience
• PMP certification is a requirement
• Bilingual skills with expertise in Quebec markets
• Strong understanding of group benefits and health care administration
