The Mel Jr. & Marty Zajac Foundation seeks a Director of Camp Operations and Recreation. In this senior role, you'll oversee the year-round operation of Zajac Ranch, collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality guest experiences. Key responsibilities include managing programs, accommodations, and staffing while ensuring safety and readiness for all activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations for summer camps and year-round activities
• Coordinate accommodations, recreation, and staffing
• Maintain high hospitality and cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with multiple departments for seamless service
• Supervise staff, schedule training, and support development
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in camp management or related fields
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with children and special needs
• Ability to manage budgets and operational resources
• Valid first aid certification and criminal record check
