As the Senior Merchandising Manager - Regional Merchandising Excellence, your mission will be to support the Regional Merchandising leadership by creating efficient operational frameworks and governance structures. Your deep understanding of markets, especially in China, will also ensure that regional insights are reflected in global strategies, driving company sales and inventory productivity. This role emphasizes collaboration across functions to promote continuous improvement and effective communication.
