This role also emphasizes building strong client relationships and promoting corporate values of health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operations across multiple locations
• Manage full P&L for district sites
• Mentor and train operations teams directly
• Drive business strategies in key markets
• Enhance client engagement and satisfaction scores
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Operations or Business Development
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Post-secondary education in Management or Business
• Excellent financial and communication skills
• Valid G license and clean abstract
