This role includes managing and executing complex fleet projects for the BCRTC Rail Division. This position is essential in ensuring the successful delivery of projects while adhering to governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all phases of assigned fleet capital projects
• Establish project objectives, budget, and timelines
• Monitor risks, changes, and overall project status
• Draft contracts and prepare tender documents
• Communicate progress and challenges to leadership
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering and/or Business
• PMP certification is essential
• Seven years experience in rail fleet projects
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in project management tools
