Senior Site Project Manager

Lead Bronswerk Marine's shipyard team as a Senior Site Project Manager in Vancouver. Drive project delivery, manage a dedicated team, and ensure customer satisfaction through high standards and effective communication.

In this hybrid role, you'll guide a local team of engineers and installation supervisors to deliver HVAC solutions for marine projects. Collaborating closely with the head office, you will oversee project management, maintain team morale, and tackle both technical and operational challenges. Your leadership will be key to supporting project goals and aligning them with client and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of production engineers and installers

• Manage HVAC project delivery aligned with objectives

• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders

• Ensure quality compliance and risk mitigation

• Coordinate suppliers’ timelines with project needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering

• 5-6+ years in construction or shipyard project management

• Strong knowledge of project finance and cost control

• Proven leadership of sizeable field teams

• Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
