Our client seeks a seasoned commercial leader for an embedded Director position. You will oversee the commercial services function, guiding major infrastructure programs on procurement, financial exposure, and contractual matters.
Your role will impact decision-making, ensuring alignment with strategic sourcing, legal, and risk management requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the Commercial Services team
• Advise leadership on scope, budget, and risk matters
• Develop negotiation strategies and commercial recommendations
• Support conflict resolution and complex negotiations
• Collaborate on procurement strategies and contract management
Requirements:
• 10+ years in commercial and financial management
• University degree in Engineering and/or Business
• Expert in contract and supplier management
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Discretion in high-profile decision-making
